This years KidsZone was a huge success. Again, the Steelers and Steel City Hobbies team up to put on a great competition show for the local kids in Pittsburgh.
Every year SCH and the Steelers KidsZone team up for some fun and games with the kids at the North Side’s KidsZone - adjacent from Heinz Field.
The main event was an R/C race between two teams which was comprised of a few Steelers rookie players and a few kids per side.
The SCH crew was a great team in itself all pitching in to help out with the R/C racing during the show.

The Pittsburgh Steelers win their 500th game today sporting “throwback” uniforms which are for the 75th season. Many of the old time Steelers Legends were at the game as well in celebration of the 75th anniversary.

Today Nitro Mike (NitroClaus) and Michael Rooney stopped by the Steelers training facility located on Pittsburgh South Side to drop off more than a dozen micro helicopters.
Little did NitroMike (pictured above) and Mike R. know what a fun experience this would be in such a short time. …well, Mike R knew what to expect as they sold every last drop of what they had in inventory this day.
NitroMike was busy putting on demonstrations and allowing the players themselves to take test flights of these fun toys which will make great stocking stuffers!
